Fraudulent Foreclosures – Rally on Tuesday, 6.13.17

RE: Illicit Foreclosure – Stolen Lives and Stolen Property

On Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 10:30 am, my life and my family’s life will forever change. I am asking for the community and the media to help reveal the truth in this city about stolen lives and stolen property.
Please join me on my property at 3474 East 146 Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44120 where you will witness the sheriff commit criminal trespassing and assist a debt collector in stealing my house where there is no debt. The sheriff is planning to evict me on June 13, 2017 even though I have appealable rights. They will come to my house and put me out anyway.
I am a homeowner in the City of Cleveland and County of Cuyahoga. My name is Ms. Robin Brown and I have been trying to save my house from being stolen from me through a fraudulent foreclosure by debt collectors impersonating a bank and/or mortgage servicer, who according to the State of Ohio cannot purchase or sell real estate in Ohio without a license to do so. You must be designated as the real parties in interest which they are not. I am. These individuals are being allowed to file false documents in our courts and the judges are being complicit by helping them to do so. The judges are not reading motions or investigating the evidence presented by the homeowner or applying Federal or State mandates to investigate.
Throughout the 18 years of homeownership, I never thought the banks or agents who service the banks were dishonest until I was asked to sign an illegal document they created inflating my earnings and when I refused to sign, the bank and servicers foreclosed on my house, with no explanation. The foreclosure was dismissed in 2013 and reopened in 2015 with no explanation or reason as to why, other than fraud. The banks are supposed to uphold all laws including The Fair Housing Act that was put in place to protect a homeowner from discrimination. The banks also signed a Consent Order which was enacted to stop the fraud, but they haven’t acknowledged the order. They want me out of my house in an attempt to cover up wrongdoings and obstruction of justice.
Please help us reveal the truth.
You can contact me, Robin Brown, at: 216-744-0761

RE: Invitation to a Barbeque behind the Noble Road Toxic Dump

Welcome to the dinner tape. Entres will include fried chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes and salad. Invited guests will include Craig Butler, EPA Director, Terry Allan, Commissioner, Cuyahoga County Board of Health, Armond Budish, Cuyahoga County Executive, East Cleveland’s Mayor, Brandon King, former mayor, Gary Norton, Senator Matt Dolan, and Congresswoman Marcia Fudge.
We will dine in the backyard of Ms. Labon’s house. She was 109 years old. This was her favorite place to sit before the dust came and destroyed her place of tranquility.
The above named officials insist that the Noble Road Dump poses no health risks. Therefore, we are asking them to come and eat with us and then after then after the meal, see if they feel the same way. See if they have the same opinion. Or will they now have the same opinion as the residents who have lived by the Noble Road Toxic Land Dump.
We believe our water, land and air are poisoned. A health hazard to our children. Our seniors are sick. The very health of everyone living in East Cleveland is threatened.

RE: Dangerous Abandoned Property

DANGEROUS ABANDONED PROPERTY

Dontez Taylor has organized this press conference and rally to discuss the danger posed by the abandoned school building, Audobon Junior High, which is an unsafe eyesore that needs to be to be torn down. It’s been abandoned a long time. Mr. Taylor lives nearby and he and many other residents in the surrounding community are worried about the safety of the children, and fearful of illicit activities going on in the abandoned school, such as, violence, murder, drug deals, etc. Some even worry that bodies could even be found in that building. Everyone is sick and tired of this situation. They are afraid for their children and themselves.
Therefore, this press conference led by Dontez Taylor, a resident in the community around the abandoned school building, will put speak about the concerns of his neighbors and call for action to take care of this problem.
Is the abandoned Audobon Junior High School a breeding ground for violence and drugs? Are we going to wait for another person – a young girl, a woman, a little boy, to be dragged into a huge abandoned building to be raped, tortured and killed.
Why hasn’t this building been demolished or renovated and turned into a plus for the neighborhood?
Who is in charge? Who is responsible?
