RE: Candlelight Vigil for Demar Jackson (31)
We will meet with another grieving family and friends because another young man was murdered. Mr. Jackson was very involved with his family and church, loved his nieces, and worked hard for his family. He was a decent human being. He was murdered on Christmas Eve very close to where a 12 year old boy was killed a little while ago. He was just walking down the street.
His mother and grandmother are very distraught and even though it is very cold, she and other family members and friends are going to gather for a candlelight vigil where Demar was killed so they can remember the son and grandson. They are taking a stand against mindless violence and are asking for help from their neighbors in the community to find out who murdered Demar Jackson.
Join us as we try to bring some comfort to Demar’s family and friends.
