RE: Public Barred from Public Meetings

Why did the East Cleveland police chief stand in the doorway and block Art McKoy, and others, from entering the East Cleveland City Council meeting on March 16, 2016? Why did the chief violate the law by blocking the pathway of Art McKoy? It felt like apartheid.
Why did the chief put himself on the line by violating the law without any reason at all? Our attorney wants to know. Art McKoy wants to know. And the people want to know.
Find out what happened on Sunday during the radio show from 5-7 pm.
Don’t miss this announcement on the new Art McKoy University Show from 5-7 pm on 1490, WERE. Call in number 578.1490.

RE: Prayer Rally in Support of Jordan Bonner

Calling on the Community! Prayer Rally in Support of Jordan Bonner (20)

Family and friends from all over are holding a Prayer Rally in Support of Jordan Bonner. Jordan has been singing in the church since he was three years old. He looked up to his older brother and emulated him by playing football, basketball and baseball, and he then added track to his endeavors.
Jordan came home for the birth of his son a month or so ago. A week later, it was time for spring break and he came home again so he could spend time with his son before going back to school. In June, he will go to the University of Kentucky on a full football scholarship. Hopefully, he will still be able to go to college, earn his degree, and play the sports he loves, despite the horrible injuries he suffered.
Join us at this rally of support for Jordan Bonner, a young man whose future was almost taken from him. Jordan is a wonderful young man who has worked hard and plans to be a success and provide for his family. His Coach and team mates are totally distraught.
Jordan’s Mom (Minister Karen Berhams) is, of course, going through a difficult and emotional time. The assailant is out on bond. And Jordan’s still in Hillcrest. Trying to pull through. Please come out to support the family, friends and others as we seek “Justice for Jordan.”
A Go Fund Me Account has been established called “Justice for Jordan” to help with this medical bills. We are extremely thankful that we are not holding a vigil for Jordan. Instead, we are holding a rally in support of his survival and future life. Join us at the recreation center where he first played football – the Matt Zone Rec Center at 6301 Lorain.

Support Mr. Germaney Johnson, a victim of police racism and bigotry

BLACK ON BLACK CRIME, INC.
SURVIVORS/VICTIMS OF TRAGEDY
BLACK MAN’S ARMY

VIA EMAIL NOTICE TO PRESS
TO: Producers/Editors/Reporters
WHERE: Berea Municipal Court, 11 Berea Commons, Berea, Ohio
WHEN: Monday, 3.14.16, 3:30 pm
RE: Join us in our support of Germaney Johnson and his family

I ran out of gas near my home, and was mugged by the police!

Only in America could a Black man run out of gas about 500 feet from his home and be accosted, assaulted and arrested while his children watched. Mr. Johnson, an educator, a teacher, a husband and a family man, was with his wife and two sons when he ran out of gas near his home. His wife and one son had gotten a gas can from their house and one son was putting some gas in the car when the police arrived.
An officer approached them and asked what is going on. The officer dragged him from the car, injuring Mr. Johnson. As said earlier, Mr. Johnson is a teacher. He teaches at a community college, he has no record, and he is a hard working family man. As a result of this blatant racism, his children are now terrified of the police and his wife is suffering from cancer. Mr. Johnson has been charged with four phony and bloated charges. One of the jurors has even said he felt coerced and threatened to change his vote.
The harassment and accosting of Mr. Germaney Johnson and his family, simply because they ran out of gas just yards from their home, in a predominantly white community, is unacceptable and should be unacceptable to any fair and logical thinking minded individual who has any kind of honor, integrity, fairness and compassion towards others of all races, creeds, colors and religions.
Join us as we go to Berea Muni Court tomorrow at 3:30 pm to support Mr. Johnson and his family and try to bring a stop to this travesty of justice.

RE: Gov. Kasich Abandoned East Cleveland

Voters of East Cleveland and surrounding cities, the living conditions, infrastructure, governing bodies, toxic dumps, the proposed water towers containing filthy water and disease, streets covered in trash have all been ignored by Gov. Kasich. Think about who you are going to support or vote for. He travels around the country while East Cleveland is sinking into a cesspool of corruption, indifference, malfeasance and neglect.
Let’s talk about it today on the radio show from 5-7 pm.

Rally for Justice for Ruel Sailor

BLACK ON BLACK CRIME, INC.
SURVIVORS/VICTIMS OF TRAGEDY
BLACK MAN’S ARMY

VIA EMAIL NOTICE TO PRESS
TO: Producers/Editors/Reporters
WHERE: Justice Center, Lakeside Entrance, Cleveland, Ohio
WHEN: Thursday, 3.10.16, 1 pm
RE: An Innocent Man was Convicted – Why is he Still in Jail?

Ruel Sailor has been in prison for 13 years for a crime he did not commit. He was nowhere near where the crime took place.
His family has been fighting to bring him home. The person who committed the crime, has confessed, signed an affidavit and passed a lie detector test which substantiated his statement of guilt. How much more evidence is needed? Even the victim’s family knows that the wrong person was convicted.
This is more proof that Prosecutor McGinty doesn’t care about justice or about freeing the innocent. His Commission on Integrity is a misnomer. How can a person’s application “not qualify” when he has proof that he did not commit the crime for which he was found guilty.
Our justice system does not mean justice for all. An innocent person is arrested and falsely charged. The witnesses have been coerced, scared or offered a deal to lie. Then there is a quick trial and suddenly an innocent person is in prison. Twenty years later, the innocent person is still fighting for his freedom.
Family and friends, as well as community organizations, are coming together to bring attention to this injustice so that it can be corrected and to ask the prosecutor’s office to do the right thing. Join us as we fight for truth and justice.

Candlelight Vigil for Charles Barnes (46)

TO: Producers/Editors/Reporters
WHERE: East 155 Street near Aspinwall
WHEN: Sunday, 3.6.16, 8 pm
RE: Candlelight Vigil for Charles Barnes (46)

Home Invasion

The mother was pistol whipped in the head while she was under threats and demands

While the mother was under threats and demands, and being pistol whipped, she kept her composure. While one of the thugs turned his back, she was able to quietly dial 911. When they realized that she had dialed 911, they left but not without taking her son who was then murdered and found later in the trunk of his car.
Even though they are deeply shocked and outraged, they want to come together to remember a member of their family who was murdered during a violent crime and try to bring comfort to each other.
