RE: Candlelight Vigil for Billy McPherson (34)
Family and friends of Billy McPherson will join Black on Black Crime, Inc., Survivors/Victims of Tragedy, Black Man’s Army, Mothers Coming Against Violence, and other organizations to remember the life of Billy McPherson.
Billy leaves behind a loving family, including three children ages 1, 5 and 14. Billy loved watching his son play football. He enjoyed sports, too. He was always there for his children. Now, they will continue growing up but it will be without a father. Billy’s father passed away a few years ago, and his grandfather made sure the family stayed strong. Now, this grandfather will have to comfort and help care for his great-grandchildren.
Join us as we come together in a spirit of love and kindness and as we pray for a stop to all of this crazy violence that is either killing or wounding members of our families right and left, every day, over here and over there.
