BBCI IS SPONSORING A MEETING ABOUT
THE CONSENT DECREE AND ISSUE 33

Panel Members will discuss the requirements of the Consent Decree, the language first proposed for Issue 33, and the watered down version prepared by the Cleveland’s Council members that is on the Ballot.

Issue 33 does not protect the citizens of Cleveland from the misbehaviors of the police officers in Cleveland.
Issue 33 leaves loopholes for the police so they will continue to assault or murder Clevelanders without any consequences.
Issue 33 will not change anything –
the STATUS QUO will remain.
Police officers who assault or murder civilians need to be drug tested immediately after the attack.
Politicians pick the members for the Civilian’s Police Review Board. That needs to be fixed. Non-political civilians need to pick the members of the Civilian Police Review Board.
Issue 32 is like consulting the FOX to build the HENHOUSE.

Join us on Wednesday, 10.26.16 at 7 pm at 15415 Kipling Avenueso that we can get correct information about the Consent Decree and its consequences. Let’s discuss and learn.
